I edited the “WPDM test” package so it uses a page template with [pdf_thumb]. Please check it now to see what the problem is.

My question was not about the [doc_preview] tag. I am having trouble with the [pdf_thumb] tag. It doesn’t work. It just shows a placeholder image instead of a thumbnail. I am currently using manually uploaded featured images since [pdf_thumb] doesn’t work but I would like the screenshots to be automatically generated, as described. Thank you.

Also, can you please delete that screenshot from your post? It shows the name of the website.
