– not sure where you’re hoping to see the error log though?

Please can you address this issue with urgency, we’ve bought this plugin for a few sites now and this feature is clearly not working – using the theme – or on 2021 theme with no other plugins working!

Hi Nayeem – I’ve switched off all other plugins and used 2021 theme and it’s still not working – not sure how to send you the screengrabs I’ve captured?

I can see the download when I put in the shortcode from the document itself, but not even the category shortcode is pulling up anything:
