Hi.

I found and answer that worked by adding to the .htaccess file on Siteground hosting

<IfModule mod_security.c>
SecFilterRemove 001868
</IfModule>

Hi

Thanks for the answer, but I am having trouble with creating the new File List template. I know I am missing something 😉

1. First I copied the ‘Table’ function from /download-manager/libs/class.FileList.php, named it “file_list_custom.php” placed it in my ‘download-manager’ folder in the theme folder. (see attached file)

2. Then I added the Filter to my functions.php file

3. Changed my Download Manager Page template to have [file_list_custom]

But nothing shows on the front end.

What am I doing wrong?

One more thing. I wish to hide the ‘Sticky’ File cart from the side of the browser window.
Is there a setting for this?

Hi. Sorry, I CAN override the CSS no problem 😉

However, I still wish to edit the [file-list] layout.

Hi.

Don’t worry, I fixed it. It was indeed because I changed server. The wordpress moving/backup plugin I used negated the change the absolute path setting in the database wp_options. I changed it manually in phpmyadmin and now all is well.

Sorry to bother you.

Just to be clear do I copy the whole of the class.FileList into a template or or just part of it?

Cool. I will do that. Great service and a GREAT product. Possibly one of the best plugins I have ever seen.

Cheers for the hard work.

Hi – Me Again 😉

I could not wait, so I uploaded the new wpdm-file-cart.zip plugin you sent me and the Cart now seems to work !! – THANK YOU SO MUCH! – Great customer service and support.

I have another question, how can I get the little + sign to show when we are using a link template such as ‘Call to Action 3’ ?

Cheers

Have you had a chance to look at the issue yet please?

Sorry to hassle, but I can’t move on until this is working correctly.
