Is there a better way of ‘sorting’ the Packages you could recommend – or does it have to be based on the ‘Title’?

OK got that – can you now answer my query about the ‘order’ of the files in the required logical order please?
To explain further:
I uploaded a CSV with the packages in order:

There seems to be no way that I can edit the order be editing the products or by ‘organising’ in the category. A simply ‘filter’ should be possible?!

I am disappointed that this has not yet been resolved – perhaps you could pass the Tanvir as he had ben able to help with something relating to this previously?!

Use link template – ideally we want to be able to add the short code (as suggested by Tanvir’s example) and make design changes?!
Is there another way of ‘filtering the order’ perhaps?
For example the package titles are ‘sequential’ up to a point but adding these downloads by CSV puts them in reverse order?!

I Deactivated the SG Plugins!
I’ve re-uploaded the files FTP (as shown by today’s date)- but although there are shown on Filezilla they are not in the Asset Manager!!!?

I’ve checked the NFP Login for your user account and that works!
I’ll need more time to use the Loom option!
Meanwhile:
the image files (eg.junior5to8no36.png) do not seem to be uploading via FTP to the Asset Manager area – I can see them in Filezilla in the ‘Download manager folder.
Subsequently the download images are being added to the ‘packages’?!

We seem to have a new issue: Categories are no longer showing the sub-categories – although the ‘parents’ are ‘linked’ – this was all working previously?!

Hello Tanvir – I hope you are well.
It has been a while since I was in touch, and whilst we have made progress there are a few aspects that I would appreciate your help with please.
The Packages we have managed to upload and used a CSV file – however, there are still issues with fields; specifically ‘Tags’ which are not working?
1. we had issues with updating from wpdm 6.1.4 to 6.1.5 (so you reverted to 6.1.4) – the version now is wpdm 6.1.7 – can we safely update?!
There were issues with the theme design and also we are unable to run the plugin for Paid Memberships Pro – we have had to ‘deactivate’ but would like it to work!?
2. Ordering – managing ordering after uploading the downloads through shortcodes parameters – please see: https://nfpsoccer.co.uk/test-sort-1/
Whilst there is a very basic filter for ordering it does not ‘sort’ by numbering / title (we have tried adding a prefix (numbering or letter A,B,C) to the file name to help but that doesn’t do it!
a) Can you suggest how this can be achieved please?
b) how do we ‘style’ this page to give it a design presentation in keeping with the rest of the site?
