Basically, this is to improve the searching of files for the end user.

For our use, the packages include PDFs from various cities in our country. The package as a whole contains 200+ cities sometimes, which is huge. Here’s an example, the files aren’t named properly right now (they should have human-readable names instead of filenames), but here you can see various cities having various laws:

We’re wondering if there’s a workaround to being able to search each file with the city name and tags related to the law (e.g. Matrimony, Matrionial, etc (synonyms)).

When you search, the correct files would show up, not just the “larger” package. With the current tagging, we’d also probably end up with hundreds of tags on one package.

I’m sure there’s a better way to do this.
