Is there any way to turn off your tags?
You are breaking 5 huge sites using your library with this latest update. We need a solution to fix this ASAP.
This is your support answer to this – after 2 days?
You’re telling me ALL the tags are broken (lost) and your conversion plugin isn’t WPML compatible? We chose your product exactly for this reason.. because it’s compatible with WPML.
Did you look into the other issue I asked for?
We did get your plugin to finally import (we still had the define(‘WPDM_USE_POST_TAGS’, true) on when we ran it the first time).
However, all tags come in as one language only (EN) and do not consider WPML.
We would need your importer to work with WPML, otherwise, this is a huge change in your plugin that will totally destroy several of our sites that have been using WPDM Pro & WPML for years.
We cannot run it a 2nd time as well (had to revert from backup).
Please advise as soon as possible.
Is it possible to have this in the table list view, so that it’s searchable?
The hosting is Siteground, can confirm from phpinfo() that ImageMagick is on…
Hi there,
I have not heard back from support about this issue in over a week…
Had the same issue and fixed by removing some jQuery code on the wpdm-archive-page plugin… Not sure that’s the best approach but based on another thread in the forum, here’s what fixed it for me:
Remove the code from wpdm-archive-page.php file. The scrolling code in from line no 1123 to 1125.
$([document.documentElement, document.body]).animate({
scrollTop: $("#wpdm-archive-page-home").offset().top
}, 100);
