Same here – I’ve just updated from a free version to the paid Pro version of Download manager –

I did as i was instructed I deleted the old version, uploaded the Pro version, activated it with the license key and now it has lost access to all the old data from the last 4 years. How can I overcome this?

I even looked for a way to export a csv but the free version was only giving me a redirect to the License page.

Any advice
