Still waiting for a resolve.. I’d really like to be able to send my subscribers an email before the year is over….

I removed the newsletter plugin and uploaded it again, still no difference, I cannot save newsletter templates. I also need the email field for [download_link_extended] fixed still.. This is going on over a week with no resolve now. Can we please get this fixed asap. Thanks.

Can I get some resolve on these 2 issues please..

When you check why newsletters are not saving can you also check why [download_link_extended] email field is a mess, the submit button doesn’t even show on the page.

nevermind.. it was my theme developers who fixed it. this issue is fixed.

I have created a child theme and followed the steps to create a single-wpdmpro.php file and removed the comments option, then added the following css..

body.single-wpdmpro #response {display: none;}

This has removed the comments but my right side bar is at the footer and the footer is missing…

You mentioned to duplicate page.php so I created page-wpdmpro.php is there something on it that I need to edit?

I want to add the continue shopping button to page templates.. is there a short code for the button?

You need this add-on.. http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-directory-add-on/ there’s code listed on that page. I used the [wpdm-archive] code and it worked to replicate the demo.

I tried to change templates by editing the default template to include [download_link_extended] but when I do this my facebook like show up blank and my add to cart button becomes a buy now text link that goes directly to pay pal.

I have guest check out disabled but it is still showing when checking out, how do I add a sign up button?

Oh and would there be a way to have a facebook share button instead of the like button? and or a pinterest button? Would LOVE a pin it option.

I have been playing around with the settings it seems as thought the stock quantity is not the issue.. it is the download limit option. I have not downloaded this pattern http://dearestdebi.com/download/puff-ball-beanie-with-brim/ but it is showing stock limit exceeded. If set the download limit to 0 it shows as available for download, so that leads me to believe that ALL my downloads from different packages are being grouped together.. is there a way to stop this and make the download limit per package and not as a whole?

Well that only lasted for so long.. is there a resolve to this?

I found I was getting the message download limit exceeded when I add any content into the stock limit box so I left it blank and it seems to be fine.
