Hi Shafayet,

Follow up question, why would it matter whether I moved files from staging to live when creating a new package?

The problem I’m having is this: When creating a new package on the live site (front end or back end), the file attachment fails, resulting in a “download” that doesn’t contain any downloadable material.

Thank you for this update. I’m using migrate db pro to push live. Not sure why the files would not get copied over. Are there specific tables I need to include that I might be missing?

Almost 72 hours since I posted about this bug/issue and no response. Can someone please help?

I’m not using this plugin. Works on staging for me but not on live.
