The conflict may be conflicting with PHP version 8. If I switch to PHP 7.4 everything works.

Also, are you able to disable the auto renew from my order?

I tried to add a file with an account “Author” and it worked partially! When I click on “Add new File” the edit window doesn’t compare!
I have just a warning “Created!” and then I have to edit the empty created file under Manage.
