TRied to enable email lock and that is not showing on page either. Tested in incognito window – no form or email lock.

Cleared cache now I get a key. But, license is invalid. I’m guessing that’s because I have an old version so they key is not matching up? I have v4.6.1. There is no auto updater. How do I update manually?

A related problem. Now when I try to download the video file it starts downloading but fails with message “network error”. Tried three times.

It is working now. Only thing different was I used the file browser in the attach sidebar instead of adding the url to the file. I know the url was right before because I tested it.

I used a url because it is a 163mb video file. I don’t think I can upload that to WP (file size limits). So I added a url to the file instead. Like I said, I see it in the package. But still get the Sorry! Download is not available yet.

Oh, and you say you’ll add the saving of a package id in future release. Gravity already is saving the package id. But it is an id. Not the name of the package. So if I want to know who downloaded the package I have to pull a report from gravity, look for a package id, count it up. And I am forced to use one form, so all people will be mangled together. If I use an individual form it is more work and still only shows the package id so I have to reference the id. Sigh 🙁

Well Shaon, I thank you for the response. But as you say, creating a new form for every package is too much work. And it is one of the reasons I went to look for a new solution. Email lock doesn’t work because I can’t add fields like Company name. So I am out of options. Unless I explore webhooks. Which I’ll have to do but it seems like overkill for something that really should be pretty easy.

Excellent! thanks. So am I losing anything by disabling bootsrap js? We do plan to use WPDM on other pages – will those pages suffer if bootstrap js is disabled?

Hi,
I disabled all plugins to find out what is causing this conflict.
I have deactivated/re-activated the plugins and it is a compatibility issues between Gravity Forms and WPDM – Form Lock Plugin.
The latest version of WPDM – Form Lock is not compatible with the latest Gravity forms plugin.

Do you have any thoughts or perhaps other reports of similar issues?

Shaon,
What did you mean “after setting up confirmation settings”. We already had gravity confirms set. Did you do something different?

Ok thanks. I’ll take a look. One more question. We want to send the download link via email. How do you suggest I do that.

1. Gravity form send the emil with download link. One gravity form for all packages. Conditionally sends the correct emails based on the package id captured. We’d pre create one notification email per package with a static link to the download the package. Here, does the wpdmkey expire or anything like that?

2. WPDM sends the email with appropriate link. How is that part accomplished?

Thanks again for your help
