But when I enable the “Enable Email Lock” and “Enable Password Lock” I thought that the direct download is not active,
because I enter the Password and the download starts immediately

How can I stop this, so that all users have to enter name & email?

thank you for your quick responce. So is this correct, I have two options:
A) ALL downloads – incl. Sub-Categories
B) Select Categories – but no sub Category will be shown.

ok, I try better.

I created a download file with password and “Enable Email Lock” including “Ask for Visitor’s Name” and “After submit form: Mail Download Link” option activated.
When I open up the download Site enter password, my Name and my e-Mail adress, everything looks ok, but I receive an empty email.

I hope now you understand my problem.

when I activate the “Enable Password Lock” Function, a Emty! Mail will be sent, no e-mail text no e-mail attachement.

Can you please advice, where I have to set some changes

how do I get these Text lines translated:
Enter Correct Password to Download
Subscribe to download
Your Name
Subscribe

I could translate them to German, add them to the MO and PO File, but as passegua said some post before it doesn’t look this will work.
