Unfortunately, there are more – problems with the buttons to download the file (problem with https), difficulties in generating an invoice and its printing. Too many problems for me to realistically implement your plugin. I’m very sorry. I will still use the plugin, but only for handling free files. Graphically you have no competition and I like your plugin very much. The problem is that I need to hire a company to implement paid file support. I have to focus on the content of my vortal.
My hosting provider fixed this problem.
It’s Christmas, so I’ll be in touch with my hosting provider in a few days. I will let you know what was successful. The folder and file permissions were correct, I didn’t have to change anything.
I disabled all plugins and enabled WPDM and Premium. The problem remained. As part of the Premium package, it is not possible to save the configuration. Tomorrow I will try on a completely new website and write what I have achieved. I plan to move my files to a new page. I hope it will work.
Unfortunately, still no effect. I cannot save any changes to the settings in the Premium package (only in Premium package), neither in Basic, nor in Payment, nor in Taxes. The possibility of effective configuration is the basis for my decision and full transition to WPDM.
