Hi, the remote plugin is still not working. I have contacted support a few times, but the problem is after a month still not resolved.
Can you fix this problem please, or is this a plugin that is not working?

Thanks for checking and solving; I can access my admin panel now.

The remote ftp plugin is still not working. My hosting provider (one.com) uses a file system pad.
Maybe this can cause the problem?

Hello, can you asap check this issue please? I can’t access my admin panel any more, so I also can’t edit my site.
I’ve sent some emails to support with my logins, but after two weeks there is still nothing solved.

I’ve already tried it on my wordpress testing site: when I install te plugin with add-ons (remote ftp), I can’t access my admin panel any more.
After erasing the plugin files on the server and the database tables of download manager, everything was working again.
So I hope you can solve it that I can connect to remote FTP with your plugin, and acces my admin panel. That’s urgent.
