Hi Shahria,
you were right – it was not a reCAPTCHA plugin but another plugin which was placing the reCAPTCHA on the login form. The site was not installed by me so I didn’t know of this feature from the other plugin which was used.
I installed as well the latest version manually and the issues with the “check for updates” button has been resolved as well. You can therefore close this thread.
Kind regards,
Daniel
I’m not sure if this is related by when I go to the update page and click on the “check for updates” button I get the following error message:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function WPDM\admin\menus\dd() in /homepages/11/d95610936/htdocs/clickandbuilds/FahrlehrerInfo/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/admin/menus/class.Settings.php:255 Stack trace: #0 /homepages/11/d95610936/htdocs/clickandbuilds/FahrlehrerInfo/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/admin/tpls/settings.php(25): WPDM\admin\menus\Settings->pluginUpdate() #1 /homepages/11/d95610936/htdocs/clickandbuilds/FahrlehrerInfo/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/admin/menus/class.Settings.php(37): include(‘/homepages/11/d…’) #2 /homepages/11/d95610936/htdocs/clickandbuilds/FahrlehrerInfo/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(286): WPDM\admin\menus\Settings->UI(”) #3 /homepages/11/d95610936/htdocs/clickandbuilds/FahrlehrerInfo/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(310): WP_Hook->apply_filters(”, Array) #4 /homepages/11/d95610936/htdocs/clickandbuilds/FahrlehrerInfo/wp-includes/plugin.php(453): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #5 /homepages/11/d95610936/htdocs/clickandbuilds/FahrlehrerInfo/wp-admin/admin.php(224) in /homepages/11/d95610936/htdocs/clickandbuilds/FahrlehrerInfo/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/admin/menus/class.Settings.php on line 255

Sorry I found back the older post:
license-key-invalid-after-update-to-version-4-7-3
Please pay attention I changed the pw for the Support user. Please use the pw I posted privately above if you need to access the site.
Kind regards,
Daniel
Thank you Shahriar,
as you said it worked.
Regards,
Daniel
Hi Shafayet,
I figured out that the new URL was configured with PHP version 7.1 while the old URL was only using PHP version 7.0 . I now switched back to PHP version 7.0 and the error messages are gone. Nevertheless I’m still not able to active the licence key. Can you please remove the old URL from the license key and link it to the new URL as I previously asked?
Thank you in advance!
Daniel
Hi Shafayet,
do you have any news for me? I posted all access details in a private post.
Thank you for you help!
Daniel
Furthermore I do get as well multiple php error messages on the page itself, can you confirm, that this is linked to each other? See screenshots attached.
We moved the site from http://fahrlehrer-info.de to http://fahrlehrer-portal.de . I think this is why it is not valid anymore. Can you please change the link of this license to http://fahrlehrer-portal.de ? Thank you in advance!
