Yep got the downloads working after I re-uploaded them all. Not sure what happened with all the data that I had already uploaded once?
I will contact WPEngine as they are my hosts and see if I can upgrade the PHP version
Just an update – I deactivated the Campaign Monitor plugin and the email lock function is now working properly.
The add-on was causing the issue – however it doesn’t seem to resolve the issue of all the MP3 files being missing from the ‘download-manager-files’ folder!
I am going to re-upload the files as I have people waiting on the downloads. Feel free to login and have a look though!
When I login using SFTP uploads section “download-manager-files” doesn’t have any of the MP3 files that I had uploaded in it! Though they are still listed in the packages page.
If I add a new file it then just downloads that one new file and still not the other 6 that it lists.
And then when I re-enable Email lock it just freezes at the “processing…” message.
In fact all downloads are not working.
I’ve disabled Email lock and it now just downloads empty zip files!!
Thanks, though I still seem to have the same problem!
Okay so WPDM Pro is now activated with my license key.
I’ve installed the campaign monitor plugin, entered the API, but now every time I click on the “Campaign monitor” tab in the settings menu, I just get a spinning cog icon.
Any help,
Daniel
Solved.
When moving from staging to live it didn’t copy over any of the custom templates I’d made. I just had to recreate them, re-do all the links and it solved the problem.
Not the smoothest process, maybe something to include in a future update, but it’s done now.
Just an update:
I deleted the plugin using my FTP which has meant I can now access my site. But I obviously still need to install it without the error happening.
