same problem even from incognito mode, always Download Limit Exceeded!
I can’t because i have dedicated ip from internet provider, i checked from work too with dedicated ip and some problem, limits not reset and i have always “Download Limit Exceeded! ” message since longtime
try to keep one ip for more than one day and exceed limit and you will see yourself.

but since a long time, for my ip it show “Download Limit Exceeded!” and when i check Raimining download i get every day: 0/7
try to hit some download and exceed daily download limit and limit will be never reseted it will ramain always same

no matter because problem happens when user get second role, ARMember give to user second role when upgrading membership plan
so when user have “subscriber” role = all is working good
when user get second role “editor” and he have 2 roles “susbscriber” and “editor” role = problem (only “subscriber” limit values applied ) here i want that second role “editor” given by ARMember values applied instead of “subscriber” role values.
Yes i’m using ARMember for members managing, when user upgrade his membership plan, he get second role automatically

it’s working because editor user you created have single for now,
please go to VIP menu > upgrade > submit and check again
check speed limit and lazy time too and you will see

Sorry, Maintenance mode is disabled
when user have 2 roles for example “subscriber” and “editor” and we give those two role differents download speed limit in wpdm settings, only first role value is taken in account, in our example only down speed limit for “subscriber” is ok, down speed limit for second role “editor” is ignored, how to fix that ?
i tried membership addon but it does not offer what i need, i used another plugin because user can upgrade membership with MyCred Points, user win points when ulpoading files and spend his points to upgrade level/memebership and all is working well except download limit problem.

another issue has happened after update, number of cols stuck to 3 even i change it in fontend access settigns or package template but it’s resolved now by adjusting manually the number of cols in shortcode itself.
