Hi, I have the same issue. I try to use:

[wpdm_category id="organisationsentwicklung-personalentwicklung-beratung-artikel,mti-allgemein,personalentwicklung-organisationsentwicklung-beratung-artikel,mti-podcast,mti-studien-whitepaper," toolbar="1" item_per_page="9" template="5d933ab232c4c" order_by="date" order="desc" cols="3" colspad="2" colsphone="1"]

But only the first category is displayed. Is there another solution than creating a new parent category for all those?

Hi, I had the same issue.

You just have to add your custom word/text to the download-manager.pot and then to translate it in the translation file of your language.

Then just use the new word/text in your template as [txt=Download Now] for example.
