Hi Shaon,

I downloaded the newer version 4.1.8 for download manager and have failed to get this updated plugin installed. I’ve unzipped it, left it zipped and each time I upload, it fails. Can you please help. Right now I have a blog full of products to download, but nothing for people to download. I’m really stalled and not sure what to do or why it fails. Thank you, Cylinda

Hi Shoan,

Here’s the URL of one of the patterns I set up for Facebook Share. It seems to work except once you share, there is no download generated or a download button to use.

I too am having problems with Facebook share and Facebook like. When someone tries to like, it only shows half of the image (that drops down when you click on the button), and then nothing happens at all. With Facebook share, everything seems to work correctly but afterward, you don’t receive any downloads. Neither a share, or an indication that a download is in effect.
