Ok no problem. Alternatively, is there a way that a customer does not need to be signed in order to use the Private Messages area?

Thanks for the response, is there a way the admin can receive a notification once a customer pops up in the chat? Rather than having to check the back end every time.

We have used your plugin again on another of our sites in exactly the same way (not in a chat box) and we need to change the colours again, but we are struggling to change the colours with CSS, can you tell me if its possible for us to do outrselves?
