I am on Version 6.2.8 with no prompt for an update. Is that the most recent version?

Okay I owe you guys an apology – apparently my colleague that has been helping with this has been uploading directly to the upload box instead of uploading through dropbox like I showed them – so that explains everything. Thanks so much for taking time on this and I apologize!

I have actually already tried the theme switch & disabling other plugins before posting here.

We just added this other page that was uploaded the same with dropbox: https://csmagentresources.com/carrier-resource-center/sc-pdf-downloads/

And they seem to be working fine with the multi-package download.

That is strange because I am 120% certain that they were added from Dropbox.
