Hello,

the ‘select Member’ option in the package page is not working. I want to ‘Select Members’ to have access to the file if possible and it is not working for me.

You can see when I enter the name of a user in the ‘Select Members’ option it doesn’t show any results.

Can someone help please?

Why would I want to deactivate the plugin? I need the plugin to work on my website. The block was working before the update and I need the plugin to be activated.

Before the WPDM had a post block I could use to display posts from the news page. It allowed me to add pagination and the blocks looked exactly as the blocks do on my news page. After the update to WPDM last week the post block disappeared for some reason. I just want the same design that is on my News page but add the blocks to my home page.

Same design block with pagination?

This doesn’t work as you have directed me to the downloads shortcode. I am asking for help on the NEWS POSTS. These are the posts that go into the BLOG or NEWS page and not for downloading.

Can you please just explain how I can show a block on my home page that looks exactly as the NEWS POSTS or BLOG POSTS will look when using WPDM?

Also, I have looked at the CSV file and I need the following columns as well.

Download Featured Image (I need to change the featured image for each download)

Excerpt (I would like to add custom text here the for Excerpt for each download file)

Additional Previews (I need to add extra images for each download file)

If you can add these columns and send me the sample CSV file that works when uploading to my site that would be great.

I keep testing and uploading files but after I do more that 4 files at one time it freezes on me.

Please let me know ASAP as I need to get the website up and running soon.

Basically, all I’m asking is for a way to show a page that looks like the Attir WPDM them page but only displaying each block with packages/files that relate to the user?

Currently you have a long list of docs that doesn’t look very engaging but is there a way to add the Query into a more dynamic layout?

I’ve updated the plugin and here are my findings.

After downloading the full CSV file with all of the download packages on the website I edited one of the package names and changed the access. I saved the CSV file again and then clicked on the import from the back-end using the bulk upload add-on. Again the percentage got stuck at 1% upload. This hasn’t fixed the error for me. I’m using 163 packages at the moment but when this is fixed it will be over 2000. Is the amount of packages a factor with the bulk upload?

Aldo, the package ID is only available after you create the package and then download the CSV file. If I decide to remove packages on the CSV does it remove the files on the website or do I do this manually on the website?

I appreciate all your help. This is a critical application that forms the base of why I choose WPDM, I hope it can be fixed.
