Hello, I’m wondering so less questions about the gdpr. it is a big trouble and problem in germany.

I need the exact text what the cookie will do and how long it is set and what userdata will be stored and why ….

I have only two situations with your plugin … free for all and some only for registrated and logged in users …

will it work for me and count the downloads further, when I comment out the line 17? are you work on update to integrate the gdpr as options for your plugin? without it will illegal in europe and a lot of people here are very nervous now …

How I have to change? when I change [download_url] to [download_link] in Template I get download button instead of thumb

How I can see the problem? when I use the debugger and try the download button nothing happens … can you give me a tipp what I have to do or ask for?

Hi shaon – I did but it don’t work. If I select user and password lock the user can download without password (see screen). If I don’t select any user and password I get access denied but nor box for type in password.

Did you try out? This evening I can tryout by myself. There is another problem too, we think because of a plugin problem.
I will tryout this evening to deactivate and activate and will look on your plugin too. I came back to you, when I have new infos.
Your time is 4h forward. So when you try something the best would be late on day (your time) as possible.

I need its on single-page-template, because I wan’t to work only with 1 picture for the downloads on all places in page and Thumbs. because the pictures will have a look like download button it is better if the user on single page can use the picture for download to – like the button link, because the will klick on, I think.

I have install the add ons and now it works for me. But it is no good idea for every little function to have another plugin. its slow down the wp. would every plugin works this way you will need hundreds of plugins 🙁
It would be better, pay the money with template and archive possibilities for one plugin …

But I like your solution. it is what I need.
Only one question for now: How can I in single template give the thumbnail the download link? (I want download link and thumbnail link work for download because the thumbnail picture has an download massage in picture)

We don’t understand, how we make category templates to get for example out all thumbnails of an category … we only find out a archive page looks very bad… only links
trying short cuts like this:

i get only a tab give out the text but not the downloads .

maybe we need WPDM Directory Add-on to give out categories?
but the plugin is from 2012 …

sorry for misunderstanding. but the men tries to help me first – works with a lot of plugins before and made a lot of wp installations
has problems too, to understand
may be you have an integration tutorial, what is to do step by step for integration in own templates…

(looking for example php code I have to integrate in the taxonomy-wpdmcategory.php and single-wpdmcaategory.php)
