Thanks for the reply! I reinstalled base plugin and functional extensions that were in use, the issue continued. I accidentally stumbled onto the fix!
The issue was the “Allowed File Types From Front-end:” setting. I had the file types listed as “png, jpg, mp3, mp4, pdf” (with a space after the comma). This does not work except for the first file in the series (png) in this case. Changing it to “png,jpg,mp3,mp4,pdf” (without spaces) fixed everything.
On a side note, I noticed a console error for the FrontEnd page. An asset image “/download-manager/images/CheckBox.png” does not exist. I’m not sure where it is generated but i’m assuming the correct path is “/download-manager/assets/images/CheckBox.png”.
