Thank you for spotting the conflict with the plugin.
After installing the plugin again, I am facing a problem where the mailchimp list does not show the full list. We have added more to the list but now the older list is not showing. I had install the plugin again as suggested and the files were not lost but the mailchimp list connection was lost and I cannot select the previous list anymore now. 🙁

Even after installing the latest version, it still does not work. Please advise.
Can you please let me know what you did? I need to apply it to localhost site, I will not be moving the demo site to the real site but instead upload the localhost to the real host.
Actually sorry, I updated to the latest 4.6.7 and it doesnt work again even on the demo site…. the fix only worked on 4.6.6

1. I have bought custom fields and created a new field but the fields dont r not appearing in the email lock additional fields. Additional fields only has select option and does not show any dropdown fields to select from. What are the steps required?

and when people fill out the form, does the file automatically download?
When the user selects the file to download and fill out the form to download, then how do we know which one the user downloaded? Does it come in the email form to us?
For wpsm form lock, when a person downloads PDF A with a form, can you see the email sign up which PDF is downloaded in wpdm pro stats?
How to custom design for [wpmp-membership-plans]
