We haven’t found the solution jet. We have configured all elements as you told us.

The only solution I’m thinking is if you could access to the development zone through the FTP. Is it possible?.

1) The files have correctly established the permissions (the packages are assigned the Intranet profile so Intranet users can see them).
2) We have checked the permissions for the page in which all the packages are displayed (with the shortcode wpdm-all-packages). That shortcode works correctly (lists the packages on the “Intranet” page).
3) What does not work correctly is the list of files uploaded by each user on the page where the shortcode “[wpdm_frontend]” (page “upload files” of the manager) is used.
