I deleted the plugin and reinstalled with the latest version. I have gone to update the licence key and it says “invalid licence”. As far as I can see the licence does not expire until 30th September 2021.
Do I need to uninstall the previous version first?
Yes the licence is correct and up to date, I only purchased this in September

I changed the page template and that has now reverted because I didn’t put it into a child theme. I am just rebuilding this template but can’t find the Template Variables shortcode to add the pdf image. Has this been removed?

It was the correct licence key. I clicked the Save setting key and now the update has worked. Thank you.

Wow that’s an expensive add-on. Will this allow me to select a template to use globally?
What is the Template Variables to show the additional Previews? I have tried [gallery_50x30] but it just shows the shortcode.
Do I need to Clone and create a new page template? and if so how do I select this new template globally as I can only see how to change the template for each package.

Hi,
When I change author-dashboard.php as you suggest in cPanel nothing happens. Indeed as a test I removed all content from that file but nothing changed on the Frontend Uploader page.

I assume you mean in the WP dashboard? If I got to Downloads>Templates I see Link Templates, Page Templates and Email Templates non of which have author-dashboard.php
