Hey, I deactivated all plugins except Download manager and WPDM – Accordion plugin, as well as changed the theme to a default wordpress theme and I am still getting this error.

Any idea what Server setting would cause this ?

I guess I will try installing a clone of the site on a different server to see if I get the same error…. but given what the error is saying do you have any other advice or things I should look out for ?

Perfect, Downloading it and then uploading the update via FTP worked. Thanks!

So what you are saying is that my Download Manager Pro Licenses (Which we have) does not include the WPDM Accordion addon any more… and in order for us to update this plugin/addon we have to purchase it separately ?

Good Day,
We are currently running: WPDM – Accordion Version 1.8.8

When I run the update for “WPDM – Accordion Version 1.8.8” the addon removes itself from the site… and I am unable to re-install it. We do have Download Manager Pro subscription… is there any where that we can download this addon and install it manually ?

When I try to re-install if from Download > Settings > Updates > Free Addon nothing happens…

Looking for help. Thanks!

Yes, thanks But within that Search.php file any advice on how I can write the needed code to adjust how the results will look ?
