Yes, increasing of the response time is acceptable; but the average speed of download tested by different PDF files in different ISPs is not above 15 kB/sec. As though, when the “Skip Processing This Package” option is ticked in the same situations, the speed of download increases at least five times more.
As this option is of great importance for us please consider the problem more accurately.
