Thank you so much. We have deactivated all the plugins and even switch to default wordpress theme. The issue still persist with the WPDM active in the website. Please note that the erros only occurs with the page that has the [wpdm_all_packages] shortcode.

I’m done editing the color and size of the picture. It’s actually working. My concern now is how can I make sure that those pictures wont be deleted if there is a plugin update. I just replace those pngs in assets/images folder.

Why aren’t you giving support? Until now, it say invalid license keys.

I tried logging in and out. I tried it again now. Didn’t work.
