Hi Shaon,

Actually, I found that the my server running ubuntu 12.04, keep running the command ‘gs’ for a long time, when I open my website. Is it because of the download manager try to make a thumbnail from pdf ? How can I stop it ?

I found that when the categories are more than 5, the speed of loading the document is really slow.

Any ideas for this ?

Hi Shaon,

I figured out why the sub menu can’t work. Since I enable the Twitter Bootstrap setting in Download Setting. At the same time, my theme include the bootstrap css and js. It seems to be conflict.

Solution is to disable the Twitter Bootstrap setting in Download Setting.

Hi Shaon,

I found that in wpdm-archive , it won’t show the sub categories when I click the down button on each top category. Would you please let me know if that would be a problem. And the same as in wpdm-categories. It can’t show the sub categories no matter how many I have already created.
