I spoke to the host and they say there have been no changes on the server. I also installed another plugin and files from it download just fine. The filesize limit has always been 64mb and that only applies to uploads via the web. I upload my zips via ftp and batch import from there. If the file size limit was the issue my smaller zips would download still would they not? Even the 2mb zips will not download.
I would prefer to use your plugin as it is a bit more streamlined to use and has more functions, plus I paid for it where the other one was free. I would appreciate if you would look into this further. It can’t be the server as the other plugin works just fine and nothing has changed on the server.
