I am afraid it is still not working consistently. I am getting this error on a lot of downloads.

I spoke to the host and they say there have been no changes on the server. I also installed another plugin and files from it download just fine. The filesize limit has always been 64mb and that only applies to uploads via the web. I upload my zips via ftp and batch import from there. If the file size limit was the issue my smaller zips would download still would they not? Even the 2mb zips will not download.
I would prefer to use your plugin as it is a bit more streamlined to use and has more functions, plus I paid for it where the other one was free. I would appreciate if you would look into this further. It can’t be the server as the other plugin works just fine and nothing has changed on the server.
Well I am having to find a new download manager because I cannot afford to go days at a time without my download files! It is costing me money! Very disappointed in the level of support. 🙁
I have sent login details as it is really late here and I need this fixed ASAP.

I have checked with my hosting company and they say I do not have a memory limit on my account.
I should give more info. Previously zip files have been downloading ok, now they are downloading empty.
I am having this problem also. They have been working previously. I am not understanding why they have suddenly stopped working.
Do you have any locks inadvertently turned on? I had and didn’t realise I had done it. Mine works perfectly now.

I eventually worked out that I had turned on the facebook one, once I turned it back off it worked ok again.
I have resaved it and it seems to be working again now, but I haven’t changed anything that I can see. Why would it suddenly work again from a resave?
Is there a limit to how many times it can be downloaded somewhere?
