Although we believed that we had a current license the plugin settings advised that our licence had expired (purchased July 2017 Pro Version) so we re-downloaed the plugin which was successful until we tried to activate it wgen we received this error message [ Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /var/sites/k/khhair.network/public_html/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/libs/socialconnect/googleconnect.php on line 166 ]

Because we have a demanding client to keep happy we then purchased your “special pack” for $99 to receive an error message telling us that the download failed as the plugin has no header!

So, two licence purchases and no Download Manager, none of the 200+ documents are now available via our clients website.

If you could offer ant advise we would be most appreciative?
