Shaon,

Would you be able to assist with this today? I am about to get the site into production and would like to have my download content added for the roll out. Please let me know when we can look into the licence issue.

Sorry for the delay. Got caught up in a EMail server problem.

No that was the weird part. I was accessing the site though it’s internal IP, the only change is now I have all the DNS setup to access it though the sites name. Which will use the internal IP when staff are at work and the external IP when outside the building.

The site name it’s self has not changed, what would I need to do to get the licence active again?

Hey Shaon,

I don’t have public access to give on the site it’s still contained within our network untill the admin is ready to launch the site so I can’t get you into it directly. I don’t know if we can connect then you can remote into my computer and have a peek? I have to get this working so I can be flexable with the time to get you in if needed.

I did disable all plugin’s but Download Manager and it’s still giving the same problems. I can test this on a couple different servers to see if it’s just the setup here, will this effect the licence key for me to test?
