Yes, I knew that. Please read again my second comment, the one that contains the link to a video. There, I specify that the error only occurs when you click on the text or the part of the button that is not the dropdown arrow.

I see it in both languages now but you have also changed the template, haven’t you? The font size is smaller in generel and there is nos PDF icon image. Besides the “…” bellow each file name is quite wierd.
Is this change in the appearance of the list essential?

Apart from that, could you help me with this? why after adding the downloads counter in the “archive-template” only appears in the default language and not in all?

Does not appear in https://hre.es/en/downloads/

No idea, I don’t know where did I select it. If I access to the https://hre.es/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpdmpro&page=templates the only template I can edit is the first one archive-template

About the second issue, I have checked it but I can only edit the “archive_template” and I think this is not the correct file in order to adjust this particular issue, isn’t it?

Thank you very much, do you know which was the origin of the error?
Apart from that, I have a couple of things I would like to change:
1. Two issues related with the directoy page commented in the following link https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/25898994?key=8689fdb3b11c63207b8919a6a6ad8b00
2. Once you enter into a specific file page, the first info reference is about the “total downloads of the file” (this is it https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/25899777?key=47e8ebdb4773a023565d7482b42a4e46 ) but it is named as “Download” and I think it would be better explained as “Total downloads”, for example. Could I edit this gap name?

Another 24 hours since your answer and still no news. The site is down and the company wondering what is wrong.
A week is gone and I don’t have any answer. Have you really checked the issue? If so, why don’t you tell me if the problem can be solved?
I need to solve the issue asap or ask for a refund cause the plugin is not working.

I managed to get it to work but not totally. As you can see here https://hre.es/descargas/ the word “undefined” appears instead my files to download.
How could I fix this?
