I’ve decided that this issue has taken too much time. Developers don’t get weeks to work through multiple support processes. So I’ve written my own code to popup a form before allowing the download. This wasn’t too difficult and is certainly quicker than navigating two support processes.
Can you please organise a refund for the Form Lock plugin.
Hi Nayeem. Lock form is a $50 plugin. Avada is $500 plugin. I’d prefer to get a refund please and I’ll create my own javascript to show a modal popup. I already know what they will say it is listed here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/topic/avada-theme-issue/ . They will ask that you get notified. I’m reporting this incompatibility so I’d like your help to resolve it please. If you are not able to help then can i please get a refund for this plugin.
I have tried numerous options to resolve this problem. However the entire site is built on top of Avada and so we can’t disable the Avada Builder. Avada is a pretty popular theme – I’ve seen other comments on the forum talking about some incompatibilities between Avada and Wp Download Manager.

However I’ve tried to disable Bootstrap from within your settings but it still doesn’t work.

However i still have the same problem.
The one last plugin that I hadn’t disabled! Thanks. So now that we have the cause of the issue – an incompatibility between the Avada Theme and wp form lock – do you have any suggestions on how to fix it?
We use Avada as the theme on this website (and many of our other ones). I think there is an problem with the version of Bootstrap or jquery. I’ve also noticed that button has very different <a href properties now. I’m going to turn the theme back on and double check if this changes things.
I have now disabled all plugins and all extra code and created a simple page to show all pacakages. Please go here https://millpond.co.nz/resources-2/?cp_1=3 and click on blue Download button. This is the only file i have that is using Form Lock.
I have disabled every plugin that i can. It is still not showing. Please help
I’ve double checked. It is working for me. Are you sure you have updated your host file?
