Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
I do not have any package ‘lock options’ applied.
Changing the package access to ‘all visitors’ also does not get the preview working.

Hi,
Was this resolved for you?
I am facing the same issue.
I would like to be able to have the front end user preview the pdf docs prior to download.
Selecting ‘Single Column With Doc Preview’ is not working for me.

Hi,
I have been doing some reading through your forums.
In a package assigned with a particular category, if I have nothing at all entered in the ‘Allow Access’ setting (for the package) does then the Category Access Permission work assigned to that package restricting access via the role restriction for the category?

Hi,
Ok, thanks.
I was confused as the role is also assigned in Categories.
What does the Categories role assignment do then because the description for the Category role is;
Select the roles who should have access to the packages under this category
