Hi

As I think is now obvious from others’ posts on this site, NOTHING has changed from our end. The product has simply stopped working and reports that the license key is invalid. We purchased this product in March – I expect it to be valid for longer than one month.

Your suggestion that we need to change permissions does not ring true; we have made NO, and let me be clear, NO changes at our end. Simply one day last week your product claims the key is no longer valid.

It would be far better if you actually spent time fixing your product where numerous people are reporting the same issue, rather than blaming the customers’ installation.
