thank you. For one order, we reactivated the service and entered a new card number.

Can you please verify if a new card has been entered?

For the second order, the “Activate” button is not functional – it cannot be activated.

Is it possible to help us please?

Or is it necessary to let the orders expire and only after the expiration date of the order renew and will it be possible to update the card?
