One more thing: the preview template seems to be showing my featured image above the PDF viewer – see attached. Can you point me to the documentation so I can remove the image(or make it much smaller)?

Once again, thank you for the detail and useful information. All is well with the exception that I am getting a “no preview available” message. See attached.
Could that be due to the way I created/saved the PDF? Or perhaps a browser issue? I have tried it with Chrome and IE.

Good morning! I loaded a WPDM update that came through my WordPress Dashboard this morning and it caused an error getting to any page from the Admin panel. See sample error.
To fix it I disables wpdm-pdf-viewer plugin. Can you advise if there is an issue with the last update?

Hi Shahriar,
As advised I purchased download notifications. I’ve tested and I do get an email upon download, but the information in the download is not correct. See attached file.
This says downloader email address is ‘webmaster@mind-morph.com’. I’m not sure where it got that. I used a completely separate computer from my dev system and used an Google Chrome Incognito session to kick off the download popup and I used my email address of ‘christopheradoylesr@gmail.com’ for the download.
Can you assist?

On the notification email, the body of that email contains person’s IP address. Is there a way to include their email address or name that they put in the download box?

I’m being prompted to re-enter my license key. I’ve checked my user account on WPDM but can’t seem to find it. Can you tell me where it may be located?

Ok, hang tight until I reply. I just logged in on another computer and it worked. I am wondering if maybe I need to clear browser cache on my test system?? I will do tomorrow and report to you.

Ok try that again. I just had same issue as you, but when I went back to files page it worked and showed 3 files for download – even though that is not correct.
On files page I have shortcode – [wpdm_all_packages]
I have set access for Test File – NS700 Spec for select member = coach_test only. So if you login as test_1 you should not see this option on files page. Is that correct?
