The update is what caused the problem. This is what I have been saying from the start. I sent you login credentials on the 9th and no one has even logged in to see what the issue is.

I cannot share that here because our site contain dealer and distributor information. That is why i shared it through private email. As i had stated it is the entire plug in that is malfunctioning not just one page/file/package. IN order to see it you have to have a private login. I will send the temp log in reply to the email you had sent. we really need to get this fixed today as it has now been 48 hours and our site it not functioning as it should due to this.

I sent a screenshot through the email.

We have a portal where our dealers and distributors can download sales documents and tools. etc.. The categories were all setup and working properly. We did the last update and now the files are not being displayed in their place is a list of php files. They can no longer download any of the documents.

We cannot switch the theme. Would having the free version of your software enabled conflict with installing the Pro Version? Also we use PHPMyAdmin. Does that make a difference?

So i have downloaded the pro version three times. When I try to install the folder it doesn’t work. As stated above it is not going past the unlocking the package on wordpress.
