Seems to be working now. Was there something on my site making this happen or was it just in the plugin?

In your update, are you going to make it so that all regions will work? The problem with me changing the region is I would have to make a new bucket, then I would have to move 1000’s of files there. The problem with that is I have already spent hours making documents with the links to the current S3 files, which are all in the us-west-2 region. This would make all of the work I have already done void and I would have to start that all over. If you are planning to fix this issue so that it will work with the us-west-2 region, I would prefer to wait for the update. Currently I have uploaded all of the files to my server and made packages using those files. So if you can fix this issue and release an update in the next week, or at least near future, then I would prefer to wait for the update.

Thank you for looking in to this for me. Please let me know if the update will fix the issue with different regions.

I am still having issues with the S3 add on. There were a couple updates that improved the add on, but I still cannot access the bucket that contains all of my files. I am now past deadline and I have had to upload all of my files (over 1000) and serve them this way temporarily until we can get this issue resolved. The trouble with this approach is I’m going to have to rebuild my entire download library once we get this fixed so that they are being served through S3. I’m not as concerned about that as I am about just getting this fixed. Please let me know if you can help me or if I am on my own. I’m not thrilled about paying for a product that comes with “support” and then not getting support. I would be happy to spend time in a chat and walk through my settings with you, or a skype, or anything like that. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help you help me.

So I noticed it looks like its working a bit better now, but still not 100%. Are you still looking in to this? Can you tell me what the permission issue is? Was it something with my IAM settings in AWS, or was it web server related?

Another question I have about this S3 addon, can I use the bulk import function with the s3 plugin?
