I have provided you all of the information and there is no resolution. I have added a note to the order to cancel and do not auto renew. I am extremely disapproved with the integrity of this company. I will not use any products from this company nor will I recommend it to anyone.

I have checked the refund policy. So apparently you do not want to ensure that your customers are satisfied. I will ensure that every place I can place a review that it is a negative review.

I am not sure how to better explain. The plugin does not have the capability that is required without a great deal of complexity. As per your terms and conditions I can request a refund after working with support. I have tried all of your suggestions. They either do not work or are too complex. Since I could not try the features without purchasing a subscription I did not understand the complexity. I will ask again for a refund. If this is not going to be possible, please let me know so I can adjust my reviews accordingly.

Thank you but I do not think the plugin will work that way. I wanted to stream and password protect content in the same fashion as vimeo. The complexity of the plugin does not allow that type of functionality. Please cancel my subscription and send me a refund.

I found the answer to pointing to the new template but could not get the preview option to appear. Since I can not get the capability that I need from the plugin, I would like to get a refund. Please cancel my subscription and provide the refund. Thank you

I have media files in Word Press that I want users to be able to view the file but not be allowed to download it.
