I am not sure how to better explain. The plugin does not have the capability that is required without a great deal of complexity. As per your terms and conditions I can request a refund after working with support. I have tried all of your suggestions. They either do not work or are too complex. Since I could not try the features without purchasing a subscription I did not understand the complexity. I will ask again for a refund. If this is not going to be possible, please let me know so I can adjust my reviews accordingly.
