Here is a link to test one package. Donwlod the xlsx file and you will see that is corrupted. But, if you zip the files, they dont get corrupted. Only happens in single file download.

We are using the version 6.3.2 of the Download Manager Pro plugin and the version 6.3.6 before that. Issue happened in both versions.

I almost forgot: I have downgraded the plugin to version 3.6.2 but no success. Please, I need a solution ASAP. Thanks in advance.

Let me try to explain. The plugin has fiels like {name}, {fullname} and {username}. I need to add one more, called {cpf}, wich is the brazilian number to open bank accounts and other stuff. I have installed a plugin to add extra fields on woocommerce checkout page. One of those fields is the cpf. I need to add this in the stamper plugin.

Hello, you were right about the coordinates. Worked for both landscape and portrait orientations. Two more things, though: is there any way to set those coordinates by percentage? I want the watermarks to be in the center of the page, no matter the orientation.
I did not understand very well about the templates. Those are shortcodes or endpoints? Do you have an example on how to use them? What i need to do is to include a CPF, wich is like a Social Security number in Brazil, but this option is not available in the templates. Those come from the database or from woocommerce?

Hello, i have noticed something: when i set a horizontal coordinate of 285 to make the text go to the bottom of the page, it does not work if the page is in landscape orientation. Think it is because of the coordinate. If i dont set any coordinates, it works fine on landscape and portrait orientations, but the text is watermarked in the wrong place, covering the content of the page. How to set it right for both landscape and portrait without messing the page content?
Another thing: how to add other fields besides the default ones like {name}, {fullname}, {username} and etc?
Appreciate the help so far.

Hello! That’s bad news, but now i have another problem. Some pdf files are not being stamped. At first i thought it could be the page orientation, portrait was working and landscape not, but i was wrong. What could be the problem? Can’t think of anything else. Thanks again!
