the provided link does give the desired functionality. Therefore, we´ve bought the directory Add-on, but we are unable to use the plugin. It is properly installed, but we don´t find the building block in the Gutenberg Editor and the provided shortcodes with brackets won´t work at our side.
Our existing page uses shoprtcodes like this:

thank you for the update. The basic functionality seems to work now! I assume that your shortcode must be outside the AVADA building blocks, right?
There is still one feature not working correctly. Please refer the link above. I have made some adjustments of the columns to fit our application. I´ve added a tags column that will show the corresponding tag in this case the language of the downloadable file defor German, enfor English). However, I don´t get any tag displayed. I´ve double-checked that the tags properties of the files are set correctly.

we have already tested all possible shortcodes from your plugin. However, the wpdm_packages shortcode does not give the same funcitonality as WPDM All Download tables. A “search filter” is not appropriate for this application.
Please share an example wpdm_packages shortcode that includes all categories and all tags so that the user can filter according to their desired selection

debug your plugin why it´s not possible to be used with AVADA theme and find a solution for the problem. Maybe similar to the bootstrap JS problem above.
It is not acceptable to move to another theme. AVADA is one of the most popular, powerful and well designed themes on the market. Since all other functions of your plugin are working with the very same theme and same activated plugins we assume that the problem lies within your plugin and therefore responsibility. Please take this responibility seriously and provide a solution to this.

Deactivating all plugins expept the necessary ones for the theme did not help. Also switching to another theme could not resolve the issue. I´ll create a temporary login for you.
