Hi @Shahriar, the license is now activated on the new site and we can access settings. Now that I can see the content that Download Manger is controlling, I realized that this is not the source of our URL problem. The real problem seems to be PHP differences between the old and new servers. Thanks for your help, I will look toward the PHP scripts for a solution…
Hi @Shahriar, thanks for your reply. I don’t see an option to PM you, so I will private reply with my email address. Please reply and I will send you the WHM details. Currently, the license doesn’t work on the new site, or the old site. We even bought a second license, but no luck.
We are currently running version 3.3.7. I hesitate to update anything, as we’re still using WordPress 3.5.2. We are developing a new site, but due to reasons mentioned earlier are not really able to upgrade anything without breaking other things.
The *real* problem we are trying to fix is this: On the old site, when a customer purchases content, it is delivered as a zip file with a simple name. The new site delivers content like this: “9351%20Hello.zip?AWSAccessKeyId=AKIAI7LELSHRLDN26XXX&Expires=1537204288&Signature=YxxJpu4As7VAfzQWnXfV%2FLBAiTQ%3D” I’m not sure how the forum will interpret this string, but basically the user gets a 100+character file name with escape sequences and no extension. The content is correct, but the name prevents iOS from interpreting it as a zip file (and iOS prevents changing the extension name). Our automated push server also chokes on the name, and doesn’t know how to process it.
Our store has now been down for almost a week, and we’re dying…please help! Thanks.
