Hi Humayon,

I found the conflicting plugin…it was LiteSpeed Cache. Once it’s deactivated, changes are working as it should.

Every time I make an update to the template, I have to update the Download Package as well before it shows up.

Hi,

1. I tried [file_types] and it detects the file I upload. But it doesn’t show the content within. If I upload a single zip file every time, it will only show up as zip. Is there a way for me to manually enter the file types?

2. I did create a custom template using the cloning feature. However, I need to include a custom image, message, or even an ad, and I’m not sure how to do that. Are you able tell me specifically the line of code to enter?
