We used to have the ability to ‘view’ the PDF directly in browser rather than download it, but that’s gone with the new shortcode you provided. Are there different parameters we would apply that would allow the PDF to be viewable in browser?
We are using WPDM version 7.0.2. Which I believe was updated just this week. (We keep all our plugins up to date as soon as updates are available.)
We have that plugin installed but it doesn’t help us when we try to add the shortcodes into the Advanced Tabs module.
The shortcode worked last week but since the last few updates it has stopped.
That page was an Elementor template based on categories, so it should have been automated – where did the content go?
There was Elementor content there yesterday. I’m going to reset from a back-up.

Can now confirm that the WPFTS (WordPress Fast Total Search) add-on for WP Download Manager IS the issue. WPFTS add on hasn’t been updated in 2 years now and their plugin hasn’t kept up with your development.
I have disabled the plugin on the site’s we’re working with and it looks as though that fixes things. Thank you.

Apologies, it looks as though that’s another plugins add-on that permits it to work with/index content uploaded via WP Download Manager. I mistakenly assumed all of the plugins that were WPDM Add-Ons were part of your package. We are going to re-test now. Will report back with progress.
Thank you, will notify the client. They seem to believe that this used to be a feature that was part of the DM Pro plugin, was this parsed out into a separate add-on?
