Hi,
we have the same problem with another site.

If users copy/paste the password the download doesn’t start until the download button is clicked 3 times, but if the password is typed on the keyboard it works perfectly.

Another strange thing is that in case of wrong password no warning message is displayed.

Can you send us some tips to fix by ourself the issue please?

ok, but we need it as the website is multilanguage and we use WPML. WordPress download manager doesn’t support multilanguage and WPML? (We cannot switch to URL format for language selector (ie http://www.domain.com/en) )

Thank you, it works in Italian only. In English (https://www.acirallymonza.com/concorrenti-2__trashed/?lang=en) it redirects to the home page.

It works because we set the “Premium Package”. We want to use the “Default template” as in https://www.acirallymonza.com/concorrenti-2/ (you can use it for testing)

Thank you, we have now updated the plugin.

The situation has worsened. After the update the download does not start even after 3 clicks. In order not to have the site blocked we have activated the “Premium Package” page template which asks you to enter the password in a different way and it works.

Please remember to use the testing page in need.

i had create a template from download manager called rallydiromacapitale. I don’t see the file in the folder.
Where is he custom template file created on download manager setting ?

thanks for your reply.
I followed your guide and then copied the file linktemplate-default.php from the plugin folder on my theme to the path download-manager/tpls/link-template/lin-template-default.php making the changes I need. But nothing changes. Am I doing something wrong?
