So I found the problem as I was not getting much assistance here
Ionos my web-host, was blocking access to the file – it is now on a server in the UK and working

I am not going to use your program, as you take too long to respond, but how do I stop annual payments by PayPal?

OK so I found out how to get to the cart,but when I do an order cart says ‘cart currently empty’
What is wrong?
